ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept return items purchased online within 10 days of the original ship date for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Items must also include the original price tickets. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once received, your return will be processed within 7 business days, and you will be notified via email once complete. Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

- Customers who enter the wrong shipping address, where the item is returned to us, will have to pay the additional ship fee. Returns still fall under the original ship date, not the second ship date.
- All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with any discount code are FINAL SALE.
- We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange. If late item(s) is accepted, you will receive store credit only.

IN STORE PICK-UPS
Are you local and want to save on shipping?
At checkout you may select "Store Pick-up" as the shipping method. No shipping will be charged and you may pick up at The Loft on Court in Selmer, Tennessee. Pick-ups are available the next business day following an online order. We will also send you an email regarding your order. Store pick-ups fall under our in store policy; you have 30 days from the date you purchased to return your item (not from the day you pick it up in store).

If there are any damages to your items, please email us immediately at email@example.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original ship date.
Any order that is canceled per the request of the customer, before it has been shipped, will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
